Artichoke Cheese Dip
This delicious appetizer is very quick and easy to prepare. Serve with pita chips, crostini, or tortilla chips. It can be made ahead and baked just before serving.

1 can Artichoke hearts (14 ounces) ½ cup mayonnaise ¾ cup parmesan, freshly grated, divided ½ tsp garlic powder ¼ tsp onion powder ⅛ tsp kosher salt ¼ tsp cayenne pepper, or to taste
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Drain artichokes and chop coarsely in food processor
Mix together mayonnaise, 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and cayenne pepper
Add mayonnaise mixture to artichokes, and combine well
Place in small baking dish (approximately 2 cups)
Top with remaining parmesan cheese
Bake at 325 degrees for 30-40 minutes, until bubbly and brown on top
Serve with pita chips, crostini, or tortilla chips
