The Funsch

This refreshing rum cocktail was created by my husband Mike and a beloved bartender also named Mike. The two Mikes spent well over a year perfecting the ingredients and the proportions. Mount Gay Rum (a favorite among sailors) is a must-have for this recipe. My husband prefers Seagram's Ginger ale. And don't forget the lime!!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ounces Mount Gay Rum
  • 4 ounces ginger ale
  • 1 ounce cranberry juice
  • 1 slice lime

Instructions
 

  • Fill a tall glass with ice
  • Squeeze the lime over the ice
  • Add Mount Gay Rum, ginger ale, and cranberry juice
  • Stir, and enjoy!

Notes

If you've had a good day, a bad day, or won the regatta, consider adding an extra ounce of Mount Gay!
