St. Germain adds a floral twist to the traditional French 75. Give this tasty drink a try at your next brunch. Your guests will be asking for more!

- 3 ounces gin
- 1 ½ ounces freshly squeezed lemon juice (strained to remove pulp)
- ¾ ounce St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- ¾ ounce simple syrup
- 6 ounces champagne (or other sparkling wine)
- lemon twist for garnish
Add the gin, lemon juice, St. Germain, and simple syrup into a shaker with ice
Shake until chilled, then strain into 2 large flutes or wine glasses
Add Champagne or other sparkling wine
Express the oils from the lemon peel into the glass then rub the lemon peel all around the rim of the glass
Garnish with a twist of lemon, and enjoy!
