Place graham crackers in a food processor and grind to fine crumbs. (You may also place them in a plastic zipper bag and crush them with a rolling pin.)
Pour crumbs into a medium bowl and stir in sugar
Add melted butter, and mix well
Set aside 3 tablespoons of graham cracker mixture to use as a garnish
Divide the remaining graham cracker mixture among 6 small containers
Press the crumbs firmly into the bottom of the containers. Place in the freezer while you prepare the filling
Using a mixer set at a medium-high speed beat the cream cheese until fluffy and smooth
Add the sweetened condensed milk, a little at a time. Beat well in between additions, and scrape down the sides of the bowl
Add lemon juice and vanilla extract, and mix well
Layer about half of the cream cheese mixture on top of the graham cracker crusts
Add a layer of fruit, either strawberries or blueberries
Layer the remaining cream cheese mixture on top of the berries
Add remaining berries onto the top of the cream cheese mixture
Garnish with the reserved graham cracker crumbs
Refrigerate at least one hour before serving
