This Apple Cinnamon Simple Syrup captures the cozy flavors of fall in a bottle. Fresh apples, cinnamon, and cloves combined with brown sugar create a delicious, aromatic syrup. Try it in cocktails, coffee, tea, and sparkling water. It’s easy to make, naturally infused, and perfect for adding seasonal flavor to any drink.

I suggest using a sweet apple for this syrup, such as Gala, Honeycrisp, or Fuji.
Leave the apple peel on, for added flavor.
Because this recipe calls for brown sugar, the syrup will be a deep brown color.
